James P. Stewart of Medford left this world Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, from his long battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 63. … He was the beloved husband of Debbie; devoted loving father of James III, Matthew, Ryan, and Holly Stewart; beloved brother to Rosemary and Joe Pisecco of Addison, Texas; Alice and Bruce Montgomery of Hammonton, N.J., and the late Helen Kettner. … Jim attended Wharton School of Business and was a real estate and land developer for 43 years in the Medford and surrounding areas. He was loved and respected in the field by all. On December 31, Victor Delgado passed away after an illness, in Inglewood, Ca. He was 64. He is survived by daughters Beverly Hollingsworth, Shantelle Delgado Thorpe and Tiphany Delgado Medina, sister Melinda Delgado, 8 grandchildren, special cousin Victoria Rosario and lifelong friend Ernest Dickerson.
