Grace Ellen Burroughs, daughter of nationally syndicated poet Ben Burroughs, married a classmate, Mark VanLeuven.

Grace Ellen Burroughs Johnson of Springfield [Oregon] died Aug. 21 of lung cancer. She was 56. No service is planned. She was born Jan. 31, 1952, in Morristown, N.J. She married David Johnson on April 21, 1992 in Reno, Nev. He died Nov. 4, 2006. … She worked as a secretary and as a certified nurse’s assistant. Survivors include a son, Christopher VanLeuven of Morristown; a daughter, Jill VanLeuven of Los Angeles; and three grandchildren.

CRANZ, THE REV. ARTHUR W., of the Cranz Christian Ministries died Saturday at his home in Mays Landing. Rev. Cranz was involved in local charitable and religious organizations in the tri-county area. He was also a spiritual youth counselor. He was a 1969 graduate of Cherry Hill West High School and a Boy Scout Troop Leader in Cherry Hill. He enjoyed gardening and collected antiques. He is survived by his nephew, Anthony L. Jones Sr., and his Godson, Anthony L. Jones Jr.
