Brian R. Dixon, 32, of 1400 20th St. N.W, Washington, D.C., died Sunday at the Memorial Division of cancer. Mr. Dixon was an attorney and associate law librarian … at Washington University Law School, from which he graduated in 1979. He earned a master’s degree in library science from Catholic University in 1980. … He is survived by his parents. James S. and Mary Welsh Dixon of Wilmington; a brother, George R. of Minneapolis; two sisters, Jean M. Dixon and Madalyn Dixon, both of Wilmington … Mass of Christian Burial will be offered … in St. Mary Magdalen Church, Concord Pike and Sharpley Road. … Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery. Note: Although the obituaries of Brian and his parents (both in 2004) fail to mention Cherry Hill, articles in the Cherry Hill News establish that our classmate, Brian Robert Dixon, got a scholarship at George Washington University, was the son of James and Mary Frances Dixon, and had sisters Jean and Madalyn.
